ramble -ness

at last,, dpt gak blk ke kmpg halaman.. muahaha..(after several month in the university.. o yeah..).. after submiting all the assgmnt, presentation, directing the PESKO and what not,, feel so relief now..

ahah..!! wanna share something about FESKO, that being done at 20 of Oct.. it was absolutely BLAST till i cannot interprete it in word.. although i hd a lot of problems at that time; the technical person was not there, the walkie - talkie is not functioning at all, the degil- ness of commitee, the emcee who always demand for all stuff,, but.... it is an EXCITING moment i ever gone thru when conducting an activity.. (heh, this kinda stuff is for university k.. and i was the deputy director for it.. it carred a big merit for it.. insya Allah..)..

well, after all,, wanna thank to GOD cz make this act become smooth.. to SKET people who help us.. tq very much.. to bro shahril n bro tony who make a t - shirt for us.. the director ~ kak. zati and the secretary ~ k. hami,, sory for everything.. to protocol,, publicity,, f&b,, exhibition,, technical,, registration,, thanks for ur support and ur work.. keep in touch k.. thanks a bunch..

hmm.. back to my story.. next week, mom hd to go 4 outstation.. at alor setar n penang.. this must be tough 4 me cz i hv to be a sitter for my lil - brother.. hadoi,, i hope i can study and make some preparation for my final.. well, it is just around the corner.. time goes by and it is me who unaware of it.. haha.. i'm gonna finish my study soon.. alhamdulillah.. (thank God cz gv me chance to be what am i now..)..


btw, what am i rambling all over nih?? haha.. i'm a lil bit of excited here.. keh keh.. just hv to search for my intenship,, having thru it for 6 month then finish.. haha.. very soon, i hope and i pray for my path.. (hmm.. actually i'm a bit sad cz cannot studing at oseas as what i wish before.. HOWEVER, i believe in His shows'.. maybe the advantage is this; finishing my study before others.. haha.. =p )

saat ini, i feel sooo hurt.. somehow, feel like rebound.. (naaa, actually, worst than that.. yeah, feel like being a 'welcome home mat', that people use it IF and ONLY IF they need it.. so bad..).. whatever it is, i still hope that i can forget all these.. (oh Allah, plz help me to forget about this lil prob.. it was my mistake also and i want to be in a circle of my frens..)

hmm... whatever it is, i wanna forget the past including this.. the final is just around d corner.. so, i hope i can start studying and studying... till the end.. well, this is my last year.. so, chill la kan.. (ahaha..).. try to get the fly high in the exam.. think Allah, remmbr mak n abah..

my lecture hd give a tutorial question via online for this week cz i've to attend a talk tomorrow.. hmm, somehow, i feel like it is great if the tutorials are going to be online (as what she did for this week).. haha.. (sorry ms.. i'm too straight in this.. =p)..

Do you think that social media such as fb, twitter, tripadvisor etc can help to market a destination? How strong an influence can they be to market Malaysia?



Answer:

Obviously yes, since the number of internet user is increasing rapidly. When the marketers i.e. the tourism agency had placed their advertisement via fb, twitter or other social networking websites, it is call ‘viral marketing’, the mouth – to – mouth marketing tools via technology that spreading used nowadays. In fact, there are some previous report states that these sites are more believable and reliable for making promotions (Howard, T., 2005), as the number of visitors are large. The other report also suggest that there are many types of advertisements can easily be found at the social website as it has about more than 1 million users and approximately 3 million messages are posted daily (Lake, L., 2004).


In addition, most of these social networking stuff is used by the Y generation, which the people born in the United States and Canada from the early 1980s to the late 1990s (Answer.com). They spend more time on the internet than exposed to other types of media and that they is a lot of people that use the internet as a source of entertainment, and not just as a source for work, shopping etc. Therefore, the advertisement via fb, twitter and the related sites is a good channel because they are targeting to the right market and it can be apply in Malaysia, as the number of these websites user is large.


In my opinion, as long as the travel agencies able to advertise their product, especially the attractive place using the eye – catching ads, it can be consider as successful because personally, i will click on the ads that can catch my attention to it.

hey, i like this question cz it is an issue that being debated nowadays.. the effectiveness of online marketing tools.. yeah, rather than used the traditional method like ads, fliers, banner, etc, i would say that online marketing will be blast in future.. i hd done a transaction via online before and i feel like it owesome.. cz i dun hv to queue, taking the number, and waiting.. (man,, i'm not that patient la..).. however, it is depends on the individual perseption.. (right, right..).. others will say that it is ridiculous cz it is an invasion of privacy, and some might able to accept it.. (how come it is ridiculos, cz it is just the same concept as the fb, fs, twitter and so forth.. except for the transaction la.. but still, u hv to gv some of ur information..)



conclusion = knowing what best to u and beat it..

alhamdulillah.. i've finished many assgmnt lately.. for now, hv to focus on others task.. (cf's case, spss of research, reading, retailing, pesko 09).. waa.. looks like the semester is going to be end.. but, the more important is... FINAL... it's just around the corner.. (wooaaa.. feel like just having an orientation week.. haha.. the worst week ever, till i've lost my weight too much.. perhaps, i should thanks to them cz i'd made it.. muahahaha..)

however, i hv to gone thru the following week w the assgmnt and assgmnt.. haila.. when was these things would be gone.. i'm tired of dealing + conversing w the group mmbrs as the matter of facts that we might kill each others bcoz of striving own opinion.. haha.. (it's preety much fun y'know cz i cn add - on my knowledge.. plus, i can get to know whether they doing the task or not.. haha.. not bad..)
